We Lead By Serving

After heavily participating in U.S. Census 2020 efforts and interacting with various members of Austin society comprising all demographics within the hard to count community several themes emerged. Chief among them was the lack of data intelligence representing the key relationships needed to provide trusted access to the people most in need of assistance.

Currently each organization providing services and support relies on its own individual efforts, tools, and resources to solve these problems. The Knowhere Group utilizes developer tools and extended features to match talent to organizations, enabling data-driven strategic planning and development to create projects geared toward social good.

01.

Identify Technology Needs

Not for profit organizations and key small business partners often do not have the funds to retain full-time technical talent. The Knowhere Group helps them plan projects and identify the skills needed to get the job done.

02.

Identify Untapped Tech Talent

While Information Technology and Computer Science graduates from local universities and programs are increasing, the demand for those skills far outpaces the growth. Luckily there is hidden talent everywhere in a city as vibrant as Austin, if you know where to look. The Knowhere Group, knows where.

03.

Match Talent to Opportunities

For those looking to transition out of other jobs or new graduates, they often do not have enough experience to obtain the jobs they desire or time to find a place to develop and demonstrate new skills. The Knowhere Group takes care of that by matching their skills to not for profit and key business partner needs.

04.

Measure Success

Maintaining relationships between untapped talent and our communities of need is our first priority. The Knowhere Group does this by hands-on mentoring and frequent check-ins to measure satisfaction with results.
